With a background spanning finance, M&A, and integrations, Peter brings a data-driven approach to building high-performing teams, strengthening financial stability, and advancing the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while achieving sustainable long-term growth.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Peter spent over a decade at Ernst & Young in its Transaction Advisory Services group, serving various Strategic and PE Sponsors across all healthcare verticals and subsectors.
Peter lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Laura, and their two children.
