Donna Ramadan serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Compliance of Innovate 32, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare experience across clinical care, hospital operations, medical group leadership, revenue cycle management, and compliance. With a unique background that spans both patient care and business operations, Donna brings a well-rounded perspective to supporting scalable, compliant, and effective revenue cycle processes across the organization.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Donna held revenue cycle leadership roles with several leading healthcare organizations, including Northwestern Medicine, Delnor Hospital, Saint Anthony Hospital, and the Cleveland Clinic. She began her career as a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in ICU and trauma care, and after leading several hospital inpatient care units, transitioned into revenue cycle leadership, where she built deep expertise in the financial and operational side of healthcare delivery. Her ability to understand both the clinical and financial aspects of care allows her to build strong relationships with providers and operational teams while helping ensure the organization remains focused on accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and long-term success.
She earned her Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
