Adam Hughes serves as Vice President of Operations of Innovate 32, where he is responsible for enhancing operational performance, supporting practice growth, nurturing leadership development, and establishing systems that empower teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Working closely with doctors, regional leaders, and practice teams, Adam brings a hands-on approach to helping practices overcome complex challenges while fostering a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Adam spent more than 20 years in the dental industry, holding leadership roles across operations and practice management. Throughout his career, he has worked with multi-site organizations to improve performance, develop strong leadership teams, and navigate periods of growth and change.
Adam lives just outside of Nashville, Tennessee with his family, where life is centered around their three children. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find him at a baseball field, basketball court, football game, or dance event cheering on his kids.
