Carrington Morgan serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Innovate 32, where she is responsible for aligning people operations with the investment thesis — from workforce planning and exit readiness to M&A integration and culture. With more than a decade of progressive human capital leadership across government, healthcare, and private equity-backed organizations, Carrington brings a data-driven approach to architecting people functions from the ground up and leading HR integration across multiple acquisitions.
