Dr. Dwight Peccora serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Innovate 32. An entrepreneur at heart, Dwight is most passionate about connecting people and building incredible teams that can do more together than they can apart.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Dwight founded several organizations, including DDS Partners Management, Fort Bend Dental, Insight Dental Group, Premier Dental Studios, Seniors In Touch, and Premier Outsourcing International.
A native of Sugar Land, Texas, Dwight received a Bachelor of Science with honors from Baylor University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in the Houston Medical Center. His post-doctoral training includes a Fellowship, Mastership, and Diplomate with the International Dental Implant Association and a Fellowship with the International Academy of Facial Esthetics, and he is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. He was named the 2015 Texas New Dentist of the Year.
Dwight lives in the Sienna community of Missouri City, Texas with his wife, Amanda, and their sons, Lincoln and Grant. Outside of work, the family enjoys the outdoors and traveling to see the world through new perspectives.
