Josh Johnson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Innovate 32, bringing more than two decades of experience leading multi-site healthcare operations, corporate development, and strategic growth. He is known for building strong provider partnerships, strengthening operational performance, and guiding organizations through expansion and integration.
Prior to founding Innovate 32, Josh served as CEO of Integrated Oncology Network, a national cancer care platform operating more than 50 sites across 17 states and generating over $500 million in annual revenue. Over his tenure, he led operations, growth strategy, and partnership development, including major acquisitions, multi-state restructurings, and the merger that formed one of the country’s leading integrated oncology services organizations.
Josh holds an MBA from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Memphis and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Josh lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Jessica, and their children, Madison and Logan. Outside of work, Josh enjoys baseball and outdoor activities.
