Khuzaan Screwvalla serves as Chief Technology Officer of Innovate 32, where he is responsible for the organization’s technology strategy, systems infrastructure, data and AI strategy, and digital innovation initiatives. With more than 20 years of information technology experience, Khuzaan brings deep expertise in healthcare technology, enterprise systems, and cross-functional leadership to building secure, scalable, and efficient systems that empower teams, support practice growth, and improve the way care is delivered across a multi-site organization.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Khuzaan served as Vice President of Information Technology at Great Lakes Dental Partners, which combined with Innovate 32. At GLDP, he led the systemwide migration to a cloud-based practice management platform, delivered more than $1 million in verified IT cost savings, and introduced automation and AI capabilities across dozens of offices. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership roles at Reyes Holdings as Workspace and Collaboration Service Delivery Manager and at Atlas Material Testing Services as North American IT Manager.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University.
Outside of work, Khuzaan is an avid LEGO builder and table tennis enthusiast.
