Reid Parker serves as Director of Business Development for Innovate 32, where he leads acquisition growth strategy and M&A execution, including sourcing, evaluating, and closing partnerships with prospective practices. With a background in financial analysis and healthcare M&A, Reid bridges the analytical rigor of evaluating partnerships with a genuine passion for building relationships and helping practice owners find the right partner.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Reid held roles as a Deals Director and Deals Senior Associate at EY-Parthenon in the Transactions and Corporate Finance group. While at EY-P, he specialized in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence across the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Prior to that, he spent time in the Audit group at Ernst & Young, primarily supporting a Fortune 500 fintech client.
He received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master’s in Accountancy from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee, and serves on the Haslam College of Business Young Alumni Board.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Reid, his wife, and their son trying out the newest Tex-Mex spot in town. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys keeping up with the latest geopolitical events.
