Sarah Velasco serves as Vice President of Hygiene Services of Innovate 32, where she is responsible for leading the hygiene team and advancing hygiene standards across all practice locations. With more than two decades of experience integrating an accomplished clinical career with expertise in operations, leadership, and organizational development, Sarah brings a standards-driven approach to introducing emerging technologies and evidence-based protocols that elevate the quality of care delivered to patients.
As Chair of the Hygiene Advisory Board and a strategic partner to Doctor Development and clinical leaders, Sarah ensures hygiene initiatives are aligned with the organization’s broader mission and long-term goals. She has also been instrumental in establishing partnerships with dental and hygiene schools throughout the region, investing in the next generation of clinicians while strengthening the organization’s standing within the broader dental community.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
A proud product of small-town Nebraska, Sarah lives with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she is most passionate about mentoring clinicians and helping shape the future of dental hygiene.
