Tyler Train serves as Director of Business Development for Innovate 32, where he leads acquisition growth strategy and M&A execution, including sourcing, evaluating, and closing partnerships with prospective practices. He enjoys getting to know new people and using his investing background to help guide prospective doctors through their partnership process.
Prior to joining Innovate 32, Tyler was an Associate at Stephens Group, a private investment firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas with ~$2Bn in assets under management. While at Stephens Group, he focused on specialty distribution, industrial services, and vertical software mandates across a wide range of end markets. He contributed to multiple platforms, add-on acquisitions, and growth equity investments during his time at SG. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Securities, where he worked on various M&A and financing transactions in the Energy sector.
He received a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
